Founded in Southern California, The Soham Group is a design-forward real estate development firm specializing in boutique hospitality, micro-resorts, residential, mixed-use, and institutional projects.

Inspired by the Sanskrit mantra Soham (सो ऽहम्) — “I am that I am” — our work is grounded in identity, intentionality, and long-term value creation.

We began as a development and project management firm representing owners and institutions through complex entitlements, consultant coordination, budgeting, and full-cycle construction delivery. That execution foundation continues to inform every investment we pursue.

Today, we expand that work into experiential hospitality through our private Investment Club.
